Our letting terms are as follows:

1) You must rent the property for a minimum of one week.

2) Changeover day is Saturday and you must vacate the property by 10.00 AM to allow time for the cleaner to come in and prepare the cottage for the next guests.

3) You can access the cottage at the start of your letting from 2.00 PM

4) We provide clean bed linen at the start of every letting but you will need to bring your own towels.

5) Payment in full must be made four weeks before letting commences. Cancellations after this deadline are not refundable

6) We do not demand damage deposits but our cleaner will report any major damage and you will be held liable for the repair costs if this occurred during your letting.

7) Keys are available from the Kingsand village shop and must be returned there when you leave.

8) You will find an information pack in the living room when you arrive.

Charges for 2011/12 -

Prices are for max group size six persons.

Christmas and New Year weeks are at peak summer rates.
